Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Return Request Time

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products without original packaging.
Products showing signs of use.
Personal care products that have been opened.
Customized or personalized items.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will provide instructions regarding return shipping. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.
